Empire Defense 2 Tips and Tricks

Units:

Gold digger(NA) – Mines gold, recommended to upgrade this unit, so it can bring more gold needed to build more units Spearmen(GU) – Making the great damage especially critical hits critical, but very small area covered.

Witch(BU) – Very small damage but very usable in every battle. She can slow down enemies before your hero’s skill will turn on

Archer(BU) – Attacks at long range. Very usable unit at the beginning of the battle. He has the long radius range covered.

Crossbow(BU) – Usable in fighting the air units and very long radius range

Monk(BU) – very useful if you choose the right straight path. Monk will do repeated damage to all soldier.

Hammer(GU) – Gives very fast comprehensive attack an have not so special radius cover

Axeman(BU) – Usable for stunning enemies, but this unit is worth more that it deserves. The reason is – the damage is too low due to its cost.

Priest(BU) – Priests haven’t got the healing ability which makes them completely unusable. Hammer + Crossbow is the better option for more reasonable price

Catapult(GU) – Really slow unit, takes 2×2 cell, but covers almost all map

Drum soldier(NA) – It can upgrade every of your soldiers, every upgrade makes radius covered larger.

Couple Tips:

-Collect as much gold as possible at the beginning. You can repeat the leisure mode at 1st level (20 stage). You won’t have many problems i guess. Just train the spearman and witch, no air unit is needed. Each round you can get around 1k crystal and also your hero will gain more expierience.

- Finances: Don’t buy everything at the begnning! First, you will need a horse, sword and armor. Recommended items: horse: Flying Sand, Armor: Thorn Armor, Sword: Warrior Spear. If you don’t have enough crystals, wait for a while when you will get it.

- You can use your 5 tickets each time to fight Aofza. You don’t have to buy any soldiers or even move your general. Let everything just run into you and die. At the end you’ll have a score of 2000-10000 but since it’s greater then zero, you win
